They are slowly becoming Friends

What a good day on Friday. Wow. I was very impressed with Freya, maybe i should say i was impressed with me, but i was actually a little dissapointed in myself. We actually did quite a bit. I was working on my self assesment. We have almost finished our level 1, we probably have but there are a few things i want to work on before i say we are done. Circling is one thing i want to work on a lot and same as the figure of 8's. I guess we need to work on our sideways too. lol. Maybe i should just start from the top. We need to perfect everything, before i will be confident enough to say we are good. I guess the good news is is we played all the games today. Things i need to build. I would like to build a bridge and a gate that we can play with, when it comes to backing up. Keri and Sue had a wonderful play date as well. Sue played with Nigel pony and had him doing all kinds of things. She had no problem catching him but mostly hung out with him. She had him walking over the tarp and doing figure of 8's. I am not too sure what else she had him doing, but he did good, the kids even got involved. Ryland had no problem walking behind the pony and hugging his head and standing in front of him. Mommy on the other hand was ekkkkkkkkk. A ball of nerves. Jayda sat with Nigel and held on to him and petted him and hung out with him as well as she had no problem getting down and standing in front of him and petting him. As for Keri, any one reading this can go and check out her blog to find out the amazing things she did with Poncho. He was pretty amazing, and i think she really likes working with him. He is such a good boy. I guess this is it for now. I have to go and check out what she wrote about Poncho. LOL

  2. You do not need to perfect the seven games to be good. To be good you need to be provocative and progressive. You are. Keri and I are amazed at how quick you are learning and becoming more savvy each time we see you play with Freya. I am glad that you joined the Savvy Club and did your level one assessment. I am confident you will pass with high marks. You are amazing, and so is your horse.
